Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Change of mind returns are not eligible for a refund.

  • Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

  • Once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the carrier, any damages or issues that occur during transit must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.

Return Process:

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Email us at info@luxecreationsco.au with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorisation
    We will respond to your email within 2 business days.

  3. Prepare Your Return

    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible).

  4. Ship the Item Back

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty, or incorrect.

  5. Inspection and Refund
    Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

    • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.

Important Notes

  • Returns due to change of mind (e.g., no longer wanting the item) are not eligible for a refund.

  • If your item is faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item sent, etc.).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you would like a different item, please return your item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
