Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at info@luxecreationsco.au.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@luxecreationsco.au within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage for assistance.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup in Mooroolbark, VIC, 3138. Choose the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready.
