📌 Artwork Requirements

• Artwork must be minimum 300 DPI for the best possible print quality.
• A transparent background is required where applicable.
• PNG files are recommended.
• Please ensure your artwork is correctly sized before submitting.
• Low-resolution artwork may print blurry, pixelated or less detailed.
• Please check your artwork carefully before submitting your order.

• You are responsible for checking your artwork, spelling, sizing and placement before submitting your order. Once an order has been submitted, changes may not be possible.
• We print the artwork as supplied. We are not responsible for poor-quality artwork, incorrect sizing, spelling errors, missing elements or unwanted backgrounds within customer-supplied files.
• UV DTF transfers are custom printed to order, therefore refunds, returns or replacements will not be provided for change-of-mind or customer-supplied artwork errors.
• Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed transfer due to differences in monitors, devices and printing processes.
• Fine details, very small text and extremely thin lines may not transfer as expected. For the best results, avoid intricate details that are too small to print clearly.
• UV DTF is intended for clean, smooth, hard, non-porous surfaces. Application to textured, porous, uneven or unsuitable surfaces may result in poor adhesion.
• We cannot guarantee adhesion or durability on surfaces that have not been properly prepared or are unsuitable for UV DTF.
• Application is the customer's responsibility. We recommend following our application instructions carefully and testing the transfer on your chosen surface before applying large or valuable items.
• We are not responsible for damage to products, surfaces or transfers caused by incorrect application, improper surface preparation, washing, chemicals, heat, abrasion or misuse.
• UV DTF transfers are not suitable for fabric or heat application.
• Due to the handmade/printed nature of UV DTF transfers, minor variations in colour, alignment or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
• We reserve the right to contact you if your artwork requires clarification before printing.
